Expedited Shipping
We offer UPS expedited shipping, which guarantees delivery within three business days. We require a physical address; PO Box addresses are not accepted. UPS delivery schedules exclude weekends.
Delivery Time Examples:
- Order on Friday at Noon EST: Expect delivery by Wednesday
- Order on Monday at Noon EST: Expect delivery by Thursday

Didn't get a confirmation email? The most common issue is a mistyped email address. Check your credit card -- if we billed the order then we received it!
To check tracking, you can view the order status from the Order History page. We also send automated emails with tracking updates. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot locate them in your inbox.
- Click My Account > Order History. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.)
- All of your orders to date are displayed. Review the Status column to determine if your order has shipped.
- Click the Track button in the Actions column to view the tracking associated with an order.
If your order tracking says it was delivered, please first ask your housemates if they brought the package in. Second, check the mail box. If you can't locate the item, please reach out to us
